1 box of penne pasta, cooked accoding to directions on box)
2 tbsp olive oil
Small broccoli florets
250 ml milk
1,5 tbsp all purpose flour
1 chicken bouillon, optional
100 gr grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Prepare pasta according to directions on box, drain, set aside and keep warm.
2. In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat olive oil and then add broccoli florets. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add milk, flour and chicken bouillon. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Stirring continously. Boil until sauce is thicken.
3. Add cooked pasta and grated Parmesan heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with precooked veggies, chicken or seafood.
