Hey! 🙂 today I’m sharing with you 3 vegan meals than can be done under 5 minutes! THANK YOU SO MUCH for joining & growing this family everyday !! can’t wait to do more ! 🙂
alors, these meals are perfect for busy days or lazy ones, or even to prep in the morning for lunchbox. All easy, filling, healthy and quick 🙂
1. VEGAN SAVOURY OATMEAL
Ingredients : 3/4 cup quick oats – 1 CUP water – 1/4 soy milk – 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp dried herbs, 1/3 cup frozen mushroom, 1/3 cup frozen capsicum. Spice mix : 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp ginger powder.
Instructions : Add oats and spices together and whisk. Then add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, then reduce and stir together until thick and creamy. Top with desired fresh veggies & hummus.
2. NUTRITIOUS AVOCADO TOAST
Ingredients : fresh bread, hummus, spinach, chickpeas, avocado, mint or basil, pepper, salt, sesame.
Instructions : Spread hummus, add spinach, mint, avo. Mash. Add chickpeas, mash. Add remaining and yum!
3. MINT AND CUMIN VEGAN TABOULI SALAD
Ingredients : 1/2 cup taboule 1/2 cup water, pinch of salt. Fresh veggies (carrots, tomato, MINT, spinach), chickpeas, avo. Dressing : 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 big lemon juice, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp tahini.
Instructions : For the couscous, add it with water and salt. microwave for a minute, then fluf. then microwave another minute and fluf again!
