Kung Pao Lentils – 1 Pot 30 Mins | VEGAN RICHA RECIPES

Spicy Kung Pao Lentils with a delicious kung pao sauce, veggies and cooked Lentils. 30 MIN 1 POT

Easy 30 minute weeknight dinner. Gluten-free Vegan Recipe. Note: If you find lentils too earthy, double the sauce, or use other legumes like chickpeas, mung beans. Use mild dried chilies to control heat and leave them whole. Adjust heat later with pepper flakes.

The whole meal including the brown rice comes together in like 40 minutes. The Lentils put in their saucepan, brown rice in a pressure cooker. then veggies chopped up, make the sauce. Then heat up the skillet for cooking the vegetables. Meanwhile lentils get done and brown rice waiting on natural pressure release. Lentils and sauce get simmered up for a few minutes then on the table! This Recipe is also in my Everyday Kitchen Cookbook.
