Ingredients for Prepping 6 Meals:
– 1.5 cups dry Thai jasmine rice
– 4 bell peppers (red, green, yellow, orange)
– 1 red/purple onion
– 1 bag of Trader Joe’s snow peas
– 1 bag of Trader Joe’s broccoli florets
– 1 bag of Trader Joe’s baby bok choy
– 1/2 bag of Trader Joe’s shredded carrots
– 1 bag of Trader Joe’s frozen shelled edamame
– 2 packs of organic firm tofu
– 6 avocados
– Whole Foods brand peanut sauce
– Braggs Liquid Aminos
– Black sesame seeds
– Raw, unsalted cashews
